Employment law is a vast and continually moving area of law that requires constant attention by business owners, HR managers and anyone else that employs staff.

I have developed general and bespoke in-house training courses that aim to provide general legal updates on recent developments in this area, as well as training on specific areas of concern, such as Contracts of Employment, ‘fair’ dismissals and discrimination issues.

The courses I provide focus on the practical implications of this area of law for those who have to manage staff and are sprinkled with practical examples of cases where others have ‘got it wrong’ in the past.

Please note that these training session are not meant to be statements of the law. They are designed to raise awareness of current issues and future developments in these areas and to facilitate the sharing of ideas on ‘best practice’ amongst delegates.
