Health & Safety law is of growing importance to all business, large or small. Whether you employ others or are self employed, you will have to comply with the general framework of Health & Safety law as outlined by the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974, as well as the subsequent Regulations such as the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulation 1999 (as amended).

I provide general Health & Safety legal updates, as well as bespoke training sessions on particular areas of Health & Safety law. These updating and training sessions can be delivered In-House or as open seminars.

My Health & Safety law sessions are generally aimed at Health & Safety practitioners, but are very useful to anyone who has been delegated with Health & Safety responsibilities for their organisations.

The courses I provide focus on the practical implications of this area of law for those who have Health & Safety responsibilities and are sprinkled with practical examples of cases where others have ‘got it wrong’ in the past.
